Building an Interdisciplinary Green & Net-Zero Research Team
Addressing the needs of green and low-carbon development, net-zero technology innovation, carbon-neutral campus construction, and technology transfer, the institute is establishing a collaborative team led by the Director, supported by teaching & research faculty, researchers, adjunct faculty, and administrative staff to drive research innovation, talent cultivation, platform construction, and regional cooperation.


Dong Yahong
Director, Macau Institute of Green and Net-Zero TechnologyResponsible for overall development, research platform building, interdisciplinary collaboration, and strategic planning in green and net-zero directions. Directs research and transfer support focused on net-zero smart campuses, greenhouse gas accounting, green buildings, and net-zero technologies.

Connects interdisciplinary research capabilities internally and externally to support collaborative research, curriculum design, and platform expansion.
Administrative Staff
Handles daily operational tasks, project management, data coordination, external relations, and event organization.
Committee Members
Connects resources in green architecture, quality certification, carbon neutrality evaluation, sustainability, and industrial applications to accelerate technology implementation and regional partnerships.

Aligns with low-carbon education and carbon-neutral talent training needs, supporting PhD programs, general education courses, campus tours, competitions, and green educational practices.

Research Platforms & Tech Transfer
Leverages living labs, the MUST Zero smart campus system, and joint laboratories to advance standard formulation, policy support, advisory services, and commercialization of research outcomes.
